Loggator tracking at Glen o’ Dee
Real-time tracking of runners during orienteering races can now be done using very simple devices linked to some smart bespoke software. This presents great opportunities to follow races live, but also for athletes and coaches to analyse their technique and performances.
Maroc have been loaned 10 Loggator tracking units to trial and the first test of them will be at Glen o' Dee on Sunday 10/01/2016. All going well, you should be able to follow the progress of 10 runners on the brown course live during the event (after 12:45) or afterwards at https://www.loggator.com/events/JVQFmzx67B2YZKc-
The units will be allocated to the first 10 competitors to register for the brown course
We also hope to use the trackers at the DNC event on Wed 13th Jan
