Wednesday evening is orienteering night and next week, 23rd March, we have one more circuit session at Banchory Sports Hall (1930-3030) followed by a talk about sports psychology from 2030 till 2115, also in the sports centre.
30th March we move outdoors - see list below or attached sheet
30th March also sees the final talk by an expert - this time on nutrition for sports (and a healthy life). This talk is at ABOYNE COMMUNITY CENTRE, 2030-2115.

Each week training exercises will be offered at TD1/2, 3/4 and 5.
Starts are from 1800, courses close ca 2000 - if late ask organiser what the cut-off time is. Each session will have a couple of coaches to provide advice before and after the exercise.
