Several MAROC members made the journey to Edinburgh for EUOCs latest annual "Big Weekend".  Very challenging urban Orienteering through the cityon the Saturday was followed by the South of Scotland O League race on Arthurs Seat. Both days provided significant physical challenges on the excellently planned technical courses. 

Saturdays event used the eastern side of the city centre and posed some interesting route choices around Calton Hill, whilst one or two long legs on Sundays courses had competitors also scratching their heads, usually as to whether to go "over or around".

Shortest Junior: 6th Rhona McMillan, 7th Joe Wright, 8th= Jake Chapman, 8th= Frances Wright, 11th Evelyn Mason, 12th Alistair Chapman

Senior: 4th Duncan Coombs

Vets: 16th Roger Coombs, 17th Patrick Low

Supervets: 13th Andy Tivendale
