Forestry Commission Scotland are holding an Easter Extravaganza at Roseisle on Easter Sunday. FREE orienteering is one of the activities (white, yellow and orange courses) and there will also be Trail O (thanks to Anne Hickling).

This marks the start of Mini Moray 2013. This is a development project where a team of 14 youngsters will be staging their own version of Moray 2013 using Roseisle, Culbin and Lossie Bay (all details for each day are on the MOR web site). W/Y/O available each day 1030am-3pm. Entry to the remaining 5 days is £5 per person per day (£4 in advance via Oentries) and for that you can do all 3 courses (as many times as you like).

In the spirit of the 6-Days embargo, this is not aimed at the die-hards who will be at the JK anyway.  The area where the Roseisle courses go is beyond the area likely to be used for the W/Y/O standard courses at Moray 2013. I would be slightly disapppointed if anyone intending to be seriously competitive in the age-class TD5 courses was to run at Roseisle, but I would welcome their presence if they were bringing juniors etc, especially in a coaching capacity. The Lossie Bay events (2 & 5 Apr) are unaffected by any embargo
