Summer Forest Sprint Race Series Rules

  • The race is a “one course fits all” sprint race with estimated winning time of 15-20 minutes of TD3 standard
  • Points: will follow the Deeside Night League model. Best four scores over the six races will count towards the final league results.
  • Course: one forest sprint course of 2.5 – 3.0 Km. The emphasis is on simple, fast(ish) and fun, so the Orienteering will be relatively straightforward. The course will be set at TD3 (Orange), so all levels other than white/yellow should be able to take part. The TD1 (White) or TD2 (Yellow) competitors can also take part if accompanied by a TD3 level or above runner.
