The club training weekend was a great success - using Achlean on Saturday and Tullochgribban on Sunday for technical exercises followed by a visit to the Invoc event at Anagach.  The weather was not as kind as it could have been, particularly on Sunday morning, but everyone enjoyed the sessions and much learning was done - which will, I am sure, show as increased confidence and improved results.
The accommodation was at Nethybridge House - a large hostel with impressive kitchen that we were let loose in to make about a dozen different dinners!  The facilities were not quite as good as last year - no cask of ale left behind by the previous group :-( I think the weekend was judged a success by those who attended and we are likely to book Nethybridge House again for a similar weekend next year - book early if you want a space as we were nearly full this time.
Thanks to Denise Wright for the Saturday technical sessions (during which she was assessed for her UK Coaching Certificate level 2 award
- and passed (congratulations!) and to John Mason for organising the accommodation.
