Maroc’s AGM and social will take place on Saturday 23rd November at Finzean Village Hall at 6 for 6.30 until 9pm. The evening’s formalities will be swiftly dealt with, allowing ample time for the prize giving, pot luck supper, chat and games. Please bring a dish of food to share and remember any trophy you may have won last year.

Pre Event Info

Finzean hall is just as you enter Finzean from Strachan, we will be gathering at 6pm for a prompt 6:30 start.

The tried and trusted format is a brief AGM, presentation of prizes, medals and awards, then a pot luck supper and social evening.

This is a great opportunity to celebrate the community of our club and to celebrate the successes of the younger members. Often at events there is not the chance to chat to people properly especially if you are new and want to find out a bit more about the sport.

For longstanding members there is also the chance to catch up with everyone you've not spoken with for a while.

All welcome - club members and family, kids, friends interested in orienteering, friends not interested in orienteering, neighbours interested in a pot luck supper, visiting relatives, mothers in law etc.

Safety and Risk

A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

SPORTident timing will be used

Please note that a lost hire SI-Card will be charged for at a rate of £30, unless the Club Commitee agrees that there are special circumstances.
