Some Key safety points:

The first section of the route to the start overlaps with the run-in to the finish. So, when walking to the start please keep to one side of the track, and everyone take care.

For the Forest Spring course, please take the usual care to avoid the small water-filled quarry located on top of the hill.

In addition to the standard Forest Sprint and Beginners/Yellow courses, there will be a two short training loops in close proximity of the carpark (1x TD2, 1x TD3). Again, take care when crossing the main track going up the hill.

Please take the usual care of other forest users.

There are no activities planned at the Deeside activity park, nor any ongoing forestry work, but still take care.
