Helen Palmer (Lillomarka 1), and Rhona MacMillan (Konnerud 3) are running in the afternoons womens Venla relay and Duncan Coombs (Tyrving 2) and Jon Musgrave (Scotland) in the Jukola relay that starts at 2100 UK time on Saturday night.
