MAROC AGM

The annual MAROC AGM and celebration will take place in the Learney Hall on the main street of Torphins. Arrival at 6pm for a prompt 6:30 start.

The tried and trusted format is a brief AGM, presentation of prizes, medals and awards, then a pot luck supper and social evening. We may even manage some music (can anyone play anything? Bring your instrument) with a chance to catch up with everyone you've not spoken with for a while. We will have some family activities to get everyone mixing. If you have a game/activity idea please contact Fran.

All welcome - club members and family, kids, friends interested in orienteering, friends not interested in orienteering, neighbours interested in a pot luck supper, visiting relatives, mothers in law etc.

A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

Please note that a lost hire SI-Card will be charged for at a rate of £30, unless the Club Commitee agrees that there are special circumstances.
