There will be a club training session held in conjunction with the North Area Junior training day at Glen o' Dee this Saturday. The club session will follow the usual format with coached exercises available for all ages and abilities. Meet at Burnet Park, Banchory ready to start at 10:30. Adults £2, Juniors £1. Please sign up here by Fri morning if you plan to come to the sessions (note names of juniors training with the north area squad have already been taken). Club members only.

Please note that a lost hire SI-Card will be charged for at a rate of £30, unless the Club Commitee agrees that there are special circumstances.
