Pre Event Info

The evening will start with a pot luck supper at 6.15.

All are invited to bring a dish of food to share, and something to drink.

This will be followed by the AGM which is usually very brief, and then the handing out of junior awards and trophies, including the junior Jon Duncan Cup age class trophies.

All are warmly invited to attend this celebration of all that Maroc has achieved during the year, and to spend time socialising with other club members.

A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

SPORTident timing will be used

Please note that a lost hire SI-Card will be charged for at a rate of £30, unless the Club Commitee agrees that there are special circumstances.
