White - 2.1km 45m climb - Starts on Forestry roads and tracks then follows fences and a good wall for the latter part of the course. Quite rough and locally wet underfoot.
Yellow - 2.5km 75m climb - Starts on Forestry roads and tracks then follows fences and a good wall for the latter part of the course. Quite rough and locally wet underfoot.
Orange - 2.9km 105m Climb - Makes use of forestry tracks and good runable rides and accesses the nice forest on the ridge between the two hills.
Lt Green - 3.4km 190m Climb - Mostly in nice runable forest with some steep climbs
Green - 4.0km 260m climb - a challenging varied course sampling some excellent parts of the area
Blue - 5.1km 315m climb - physically and technically challenging with some long legs and sustained climb but in nice varied terrain presenting a good challenge
Brown - 7.5km 410m climb - very demanding both technically and physically but taking in most of the best the area has to offer
Black - 9.0km 510m climb - for those who want a real challenge and should only be taken on if you are very confident of fitness, stamina and orienteering ability - this gives a full appreciation of the variety and challenge of the area.
