2012-13 Deeside Night Cup Update
![]()
The 2012-13 Deeside Night Cup orienteering league finished with an excellent Score event at Crathes and the usual lavish prizegiving at the curry house in Banchory.
Attached are the final DNC results after all 12 events. My apologies for the errors in the prize-giving - I misread some of the results in the spread sheet that Ian passed to me in the curry house (nothing to do with the Kingfisher!). So time now to rest up the head torch and spend Wednesday evenings doing something less strenuous.
Thanks to all the planners for a set of excellent challenging courses, the club access officials for obtaining permission and to you all for turning out in such numbers. See you all in November
Cheers
Jon

DNC Update Dec 2012
![]()
The first four races of the “Deeside Night Cup” have now taken place and the series takes a break until January. Ross McMurtrie is looking like a strong contender for the Mini Cup, but could be pushed all the way by several other competitors.
