  • Maintain membership lists on computer database.

  • Supply copies of membership list to President, Secretary, Events 1, Events 2, Treasurer, Newsletter and Publicity, three times per year (Jan, April, Jul).

  • Receive applications for membership and forward cheques to Treasurer.

  • Complete forms for BOF or SOA membership, or renewal as appropriate and forward with cheque to SOA Membership Secretary.

  • Send out Renewal Notices to Members of  Maroc/SOA in November with new fees as agreed at AGM.

  • Liaise with Publicity regarding new membership.

  • Remind members of failure to renew and assist with renewals.

  • Report to Committee with regard to membership levels and renewals 6 monthly.

  • Maintain E-mail address list
