Creag Choinnich has some beautiful mature woodland and Mar Orienteering Club has provided the expertise in setting up two courses, using a new map produced by Ballogie map maker 'Contours'.  The courses are of two different standards and provide participants with a very good introduction to the sport of orienteering without the competitive element present in mainstream events.  Map packs contain full instructions as well as a map of the forest.
