Results

Well done to all who ventured out on a cold blizzardy night at Shooting Greens, and especially well done to those that emerged victorious over the forest. When I said it was going to be rough and tough I didn’t expect it to turn into quite such an epic. Well done to Alistair Chapman on his short course victory, showing a clean pair of heels to many experienced seniors. The orange course had a good number of takers on the night and had a tight finish with Ewan Musgrave pipping Graham Salway by 17s. Unfortunately control 144 on the long course was wrongly placed (on a boulder 50m to the east of the correct site), for which I must apologise. Consequently I’ve taken the decision to base the results for the long course on the time to control number 7. This gives another victory for the youngsters with Joe Wright having had an impressive run up to this point. Results below include the full set of splits for the long course for interest.
